PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Job Title - Procurement Manager


Job Description - We are looking for an Procurement Manager with at least 5-7 yrs experience in E-commerce


Location is Hyderabad


Key Result Areas:

1) Manage Planning & Distribution

2) Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships

3) Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

4) Set up and run end to end logistics - Manage fulfilment centre requirements

5) Data Capture related to logistics and delivery with focus on minimising procurement costs

6) Prepare weekly reports to showcase key trends, performance against target metrics

7) Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services

8) Experience from Agri based procurement will be an added advantage

9) Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Job Title - Digital Marketing Manager


Job Description - We are looking for an experienced and result oriented digital marketing manager to join our team at Urban Tiller. Some of the key responsibilities you will handle, will be setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy which will aid in  achieving our business goals and objectives. Experience in Social Media Management, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics basics will be ideal


Location is Hyderabad


Job Responsibilities
- Work with the team to build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Measure ROIs and KPIs and report to the management at regular intervals
- Manage the companies social accounts
- Create content calendars and implement the same
- Work with the creative team to finalise creatives for various social and paid campaigns
- Manage the budget, plan and execute social and paid campaigns, if any
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

Key Skills required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Working Knowledge of Social Media Management, content calendar ideation, creation and execution
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Urban Tiller’s success
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, a creative bent of mind and good communication skills
- Keep abreast of all latest digital marketing technologies, industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field or Certificate courses in digital marketing
